Creality ENDER 3 AMAZING
ELECTRONOOBS - JUNE 22, 2018 Creality ENDER 3 review
As you all know, my favorite 3D printer till now was the Anet A8. Not because it is the best printer but because of the ratio between price and quality. But now, we have the quality level of the Creality CR10 but for a low-price printer. I'm amazed...

TS100 soldering iron
ELECTRONOOBS - JUNE 21, 2018 TS100 soldering iron review
The new TS100 is amazing. I could say is better than my soldering station. It is portable, small, with easy to cahnge tips, etc. It is based on an STM32 microcontroller and it has an OLED screen to show the temperature.

Arduino power logger - DIY
Andrei - JUNE 11, 2018 Arduino power logger - DIY
So simple project from ELECTRONOOBS. A power logger able to read current, voltage, calculate pwoer and stored energy that goes to any device. It uses the Arduino, a shunt resistor and and OLED screen to print the values...

Portable soldering iron design
Andrei - JUNE 11, 2018 homemade solderin iron portable
ELECTRONOOBS is designed a new PCB. After a review over the TS100 soldering iron, he started designing his own PCB for a portable but powerfull soldering iron. The board uses the ATMega328p chip and a thermocouple sensor. THe final product will have a PID control of the temperature.

Amazing FLSun-S DLP printer
Harakiri - JUNE 08, 2018 FLsun-S review DLP 3D printer
The new model from FLSUN, the FLSUN-S is a DLP printer. DLP stands for digital light processing, and this type of printers work with UV light to harden a UV sensible resin. The precision of this kind of printers is much better than normal FDM or fused deposition modeling machines.

New brushed drone design from ELECTRONOOBS
Andrei - JUNE 06, 2018 PCBWay PCB drone
Well, ELECTRONOOBS is working on his new design for the flight controller and transmitter for a mini brushed drone. It's at his 5th version for the flight controller and this new one is amazing. The PCB has the shape of drone and with holes for mini coreless brushed motors. You could make your own PCBs like this using the PCBWay services and receive the boards, place the components and program the boards.

homemade sensorless Electronic speed controller
Andrei - JUNE 07, 2018 homemade ESC Arduino
ESCs are not easy stuff. Besides, this homemade controller made by ELECTRONOOBS is a sensorless one. It detects the back electromotive force in order to synchronize itself.

Oh yeah, CHEAP PCB PRODUCTION
ELECTRONOOBS TEAM - JUNE 05, 2018
Author: PCBP
In this article, I the author referes to how the production of a PCB that he designed in the Proteus PCB design program is amde using pcbway.com services in China. The reason why he preferes Tile in this regard is the cost of this business. It often costs $2~ $5 to make 2-layers PCB.

PCBWay manufacture process
ELECTRONOOBS TEAM - JUNE 01, 2018
How do they do it? PCBWay.com is a professional quick turn PCB prototyping and low-volume production manufacturer located in Shenzhen China. Currently they only accept 4 PCB files format( gerber file, .pcb, .pcbdoc or .cam file format) for PCB fabrication. But, in order for they to keep the products and services competitive, they're constantly updating the equipments to better serve us, the customers.

Let's take a tour on how the PCB manufacture is done at PCBWay.com.

WHISTLING DETECTION ARDUINO
ELECTRONOOBS TEAM - NOVEMBER 18, 2018
Let's build our HOMEMADE whistle detector circuit. The idea is more than simple. Using a microphone we detect sound. Next we amplify that signal two times in order to have a square pulse signal with the same frequency as the input signal from the microphone. Then we connect that square wave to one Arduino input and measure the frequency using interruptions. Next we check if the range is between (800 and 1800Hz in my case) and activate any other loop giving the Arduino something to do. Easy right?

HOMEMADE ELECTRIC SCOOTER
ELECTRONOOBS TEAM - NOVEMBER 07, 2018
Let's build our HOMEMADE electric scooter. This is a very easy electronic project. The most difficult part is the construction of the scooter and by that I mean the brushless motor connection with the wheel. You'll see an easy way to transfer the motor rotation to the wheel. Make sure you'll read all the extra info, all the schematics, and download the codes and STL 3D files from the links below in this tutorial. Also read all the comments in the code in order to understand how it works.

Arduino based drone V2.0
ELECTRONOOBS TEAM - OCTOBER 16, 2018
This is the second version of the previous Arduino based DRONE. In that tutorial we've build the transmitter, receiver and flight controller. The problem is that the flight controller code was a platform named MultiWIi. Now I want to create my own code for the flight controller of the Arduino drone and make it compatible with any commercial radio transmitter/receiver that uses PWM signals. Also compatible with any size, ESCs or brushless motors.
