Battery charger - GERBERs

Below you have the GERBERs for the version V1.0 of this battery charger, protection and boost with 5V or 12V output. This works ok but have in mind this: The coil is small so it will have a maximum current output of 600mA. To switch from 5V to 12V or viceversa, you first must disconnect the battery from the input, otherwise the boost converter IC will fail. So, first select output voltage adn then connect the battery. I've made a second version V2.1 for this PCB that will have a bigger coil for 2A output and also a second switch to eneble or disable the battery so we can switch the voltage from 5V to 12V without disconnecting the battery. You have that version on my shop for only 3$ and taht will support my work. The third version (V3.0) is more simple and it will do the same as V2.0 but it is for a fixed value output. Depending on the resistor you select it will have 5V or 12V output and there are no more switches.



- Version V1.0 (Free):
    ● INPUT: 3.7V Li-Po or Li-ion battery
    ● OUTPUT: Variable 5V or 12V (with switch)
    ● 600mA current output
    ● Disconnect battery when switch output voltage
    ● Size: 17.7mm x 38.3mm
    ● 2.6V over-discharge protection

- Version V2.1:
    ● INPUT: 3.7V Li-Po or Li-ion battery
    ● OUTPUT: Variable 5V or 12V (with switch)
    ● Enable output switch
    ● 2000mA current output
    ● Size: 21.9mm x 43.9mm
    ● 2.6V over-discharge protection
    ● 4.2V over-charge protection
    ● Short circuit protection
    ● Micro-B USB input



- Version V3.0 (SMT order):
    ● INPUT: 3.7V Li-Po or Li-ion battery
    ● OUTPUT: Fixed 5V or 12V (NO SWITCH) (depends on used R8 resistor)
    ● 2000mA current output
    ● Size: 22mm x 40mm
    ● 2.6V over-discharge protection
    ● 4.2V over-charge protection
    ● Short circuit protection
    ● Micro-B USB input
