Download all the STL files from below. All the files are already oriented so you don't have to rotate any of them. Just import one by one into Repetier and slice them for 3D print.
I've used 2 perimeters, 20% infill, no supports, PLA material, 0.2mm layer height and a 0.4mm nozzle.
